a jar of sugar of the nile sugar paste

We sell Sugar of the Nile Paste in individual jars, half cases of six or full cases of twelve jars.

Sugar of Nile Paste is a pure paste, containing only organic lemon juice, sugar and water. It’s made with no fillers, binders or extra ingredients that could irritate the skin or impede the effectiveness of the paste. Our paste doesn’t stick to the skin but grabs the hair effectively. Sugar of the Nile paste is made in a temperature and humidity-controlled environment that ensures the consistency of our pastes. With 5 textures to choose from and mix, our paste is the perfect choice for new and expert Sugarists. Our consistent, all natural sugar paste is designed to be heated to body temperature in our professional sugar warmers. Paraben free and not tested on animals. Our sugar paste is available in five different consistencies:

1. Strip Paste: This paste was designed for a wax like application and removal, for small areas, like eyebrows. It can be applied with a stick and removed with a cotton strip. We recommend this paste for traditional waxing salons who would like to change to a more natural hair removal system. This method is like waxing, but quick, effective, and gentle to the skin. However, it can also be used in the traditional Professional Body Sugaring hand technique. It is an ideal paste for larger cooler areas, practitioners with cold environments or very cold hands. It is also a great mix in to soften firmer pastes or a paste extender.

2. Soft Paste: This is an ideal paste for the experienced practitioner. It is a very soft, pliable paste that stays very consistent and doesn’t dry out during a longer, larger service, like a set of full legs. With this paste practitioners can often do a whole larger service without changing their paste. This paste is also suited for a dryer environment and technicians with ”colder” hands. This is also a great paste for the face if your client isn’t too warm. Due to its pliability, it will remove short hairs and vellus hairs because of its ability to seep further into the hair follicle. This paste is also a great mix-in to soften a firmer paste and customize your texture.

3. Traditional Paste: This paste is Sugar of the Nile’s classic “everyday” paste. It is one of the most popular pastes and is good for all body areas, even bikini for practitioners with cooler hands. It is pliable without melting down and is recommended in all climates. It is also good for larger body areas and the face.

4. Island Paste: This firmer, drier paste is recommended as a “training” paste. It stays very stable when working with it and does not melt down when working on warmer clients and body areas because it responds well to humidity. It is a great paste to learn the basic techniques. It is suggested for bikini/Brazilian areas, warmer climates and for technicians who tend to get warm during the process.

5. Bikini Paste: Sugar of the Nile’s ultimate “dry” paste. It is our most stable paste and was designed for the bikini/Brazilian areas, and for the warmest, most humid climates. It can also be used on male clients or clients who tend to perspire during treatment. It is a wonderful paste to have in a pinch if your client heats up during a service and you need to mix in a firmer paste, or if you get stuck in an area.
